At TINYMATI, every piece is lovingly made to order using  Premium Peruvian cotton, known for its exceptional softness and quality — perfect for your baby’s delicate skin.
Our production time is 3 to 5 business days. During high-volume seasons (like holidays), we often ship earlier whenever possible.
We ship all orders from Miami, Florida using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Faster shipping options (Priority or Express) are also available for an additional cost.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that TINYMATI is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to assist you.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

All TINYMATI products are personalized and made to order, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason.
Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, thread color, and size) before placing your order.
If we made an error in your personalization, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@tinymati.com, including your order number and photos.
We’ll review your case and correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Payments are processed through our online checkout system at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
