Products and Personalization: All our products are personalized and made to order using authentic Peruvian Pima cotton. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our work.

Orders and Payment: Orders begin production once full payment is received. You’ll receive an order confirmation and a tracking number once shipped.
Shipping: Orders ship from Miami, Florida via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. TINYMATI is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
